If you have shopping receipts in your email (who doesn’t?!) simply FWD them to receipts@storeytheapp.com

We’ll add the items from the receipt directly into your Storey wardrobe for you!

(Helpful tip: You can also email us a link to your products directly! Simply find your item online, copy the URL and paste it into an email. Then, send to receipts@storeytheapp.com)

How Email Forwarding Works

• Search your inbox for purchases, and keywords like 'order confirmation' (click here to do this automatically)

• Forward the email to receipts@storeytheapp.com

• Once we receive the receipt, your items should appear in your wardrobe within 24 hours.

Helpful Tips

• There is no expiration date on purchases, send us the old and the new!

• Be sure to send receipts that include an item name, description, and price.

• Feel free to redact any sensitive information. 

• Create filter to automatically forward future “order confirmations” to receipts@storeytheapp.com
